...But with the new release I CANNOT see the maps! Come on, fix it!!!

A very good app... but it doesn work without connection. Damn!

It was perfect but now Its impossible to use, it crushes and when restarting it asks to send report of unexpected closure but then crushes without any chance to use it anymore!

After encountering endless stairways on the Metro while lugging around the child, stroller, etc., we decided to try our luck with the buses. Couldnt have done it without this official app from RATP. Note that the app does require a data connection in order to download individual route maps or schedule travel, so sign up for International roaming with your carrier, or get a SIM for your unlocked device. Even without a data plan, you can probably preload some of the route maps at a wifi hotspot and refer to them later. The system maps seemed to work without a data connection. Also, while the screenshots in the App Store are in French, the app does recognize your devices language setting and will work in English.

Great app, except from some interface niggles - but atest version broke my bus bookmarks, wont let me create new ones, and real-time bus times are different between the app and the shelters (latter is correct)

One thing I dont like about other Transport APP is that I have to pick a station as my starting point or destination, but this app allows you to choose a specific address as your departing point and destination. This is very practical, especially when it also includes the Bus system. For example, Im close to two different stations of two different lines, with this app, it will tell you which stain is more practical to get to your destination while other normal app needs you to choose in the first place a station to show you how to get to your destination. However, this app is badly designed, its buggy, laggy, not like an iOS app, not to mention a good one. Hope the dev team will improve the app and it will become more and more fluent and responsive.

Great app for traveling around Paris. You put in the desired location, and your current location (if you dont know, let the GPS enter it), and the time you want to leave. RATP will tell you connecting information and by using the NEXT button, you can see the suggestions for what to do if you missed the connection. RATP works in English and French. We use this App to get to Versailles and to the CDG airport.

Would be perfect. This app is also very lag compared to its "visit Paris by metro-RATP "

Very nice guide to the Metro and trains. Be sure to launch and download the street map before you go. Searchable routes work well and let you choose quickest or fewest transfers.

Worked great helping us get around. Would be better if directions could be used offline though.

A great app with all of the information you need. Allow the option to be used offline. Id imagine a lot of people who dont have service while visiting Paris would like to be able to use the app.

Entering a metro station name is a pain. (App does recognize saint lazare!) Useless app.

As long as you can read a map and are good with directions this is a great app to have if your are traveling to paris in train. Also I suggest you get the weekly passes for zones 1-5 they are a life saver and can be used with busses and trains in those zones

This app now isnt even worth one star. I dont know where these people have their heads, but it seems to be a place where the sun dont shine. This was a wonderful app that I used several times each day in order to catch the bus in Paris, where I live. But now, everything is gone. Theres nothing but a blank screen. Even if they brought back the old app, as they should, all my lines and bus stops would still be deleted and I would have to start from scratch. Cest vraiment dégoûtant ce quils ont fait. Dégueulasse! Je vous maudit, la RATP !
